It’s all about the base!
The month of March has been very busy. I continue to work on building a base for the most important 20 weeks of training. I enjoy training, however, I become so focused on the long-range plan I sometimes forget to enjoy running.
This month I have made a list of races, running and triathlons, that I want to do before summer. I began to race again, but now with a different focus: I want to go out and have some fun.
